Top 5 Worst Investment Destinations
These are the top 5 world worst investment destinations according to my analysis:
5 - Kenya:
Pros: Good for safaris and wild animals researches, cheap real estate - available and plenty.
Cons: Well, Kenya used to be one of the most stable black african countries, with a considerable expatriate community, and above the average growth average for its region. Not anymore, politics became stable and since 2007, it has become a bad place to put your money, efforts and time, even though the political situation is bad and causing problems to Kenya in all spheres of growth, its not so deep and can be fixed after sometime.
4 - Pakistan:
Pros: Considerable amount of IT talented skilled workers.
Cons: The Fundamentalism is strong and growing in the country, as its in the region, after the murder of a important leader, the country is really shunning away any chance it had of growing whatsoever. It's unstable, dangerous, and should be only not avoided in extreme situations.
3 - Ecuador:
Pros: Hm, Nothing?
Cons: The economy is weak - and stagnated. Its president hasn't any notion of any procedures that could be taken in order to put his country in a good path. If not only that, his links with Hugo Chavez, the madman president of Venezuela, are setting the country en route to corrosion.
2 - Bolivia
Pros: There's some kind of opposition to Bolivia's actual government and they may finish Evo's presidency or dismantle the country in two parts.
Cons: Evo Morales - it's hard to describe Mister Morales in one word, but if that could be possible, it wouldn't be a good word, he is an imbecile, with his feudal mentality and extreme left wing attitude, he is privatizing a lot of Bolivia's economic key-sectors. But, fortunately, he isn't so powerful and hasn't the financial and social means to bring his lunatic ideas further
1 - Venezuela
Pros: One day its president will die.
Cons: Hugo Chavez and his XIXth century crew. He is not only privatizing basically all the economic sectors of Venezuela, but he is also intending to build a hole new communist nation. No one likes him, even the citizens of Venezuela, where his popularity is going downhill for the past 2 years, yet, Venezuela is a one of the largest oil producers, so he still have some power of bargain in the world wide scenario, yet, his unique talent of humiliating himself in public appearances won't drive him to a nice spot. But, as long as he is in the power, Venezuela is certainly doomed
